Do you offer local pick up?

   Yes we do offer local pick up, we also offer local drop off within a 30km radius. Drop off is a $2.00 fee. Deliveries will be made Monday and Thursday afternoons, a confirmation email or text will be sent after drop off is completed. For all other orders we ship through Canada Post, delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

What are your processing times?

   Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Tracked shipping through Canada Post takes 2-9 business days.

Shipping Internationally:

   At this time we are only shipping within Canada and the US.

Shipping Policy:

   The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible if a package is sent out to a wrong address entered by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

Return Policy:

   All customers will have 30 days to contact for a return or exchange with proof of purchase. All clearance items are final sale, and not subject to returns or refunds. Returns will be accepted for damaged products only. Return instructions will be sent after contacting and proof of purchase is shown.

Refunds:

   Refunds in the form of store credit will only be given if an item cannot be replaced, after the item is returned and inspected.
