At Garlands Galore and Decor, we love bringing your unique ideas to life! 

Placing a Custom Order

• To request a custom order, please contact us via email or social media with your ideas, inspiration photos, preferred colours, and dimensions.
• We will review your and confirm whether it is feasible within our design style and materials.
• Once details are finalized, we will provide a price quote and estimated turnaround time.

Payment & Processing

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and must be paid before shipping or pickup.

Production Time

• Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity and our current workload.
• Rush orders may be available for and additional fee--please inquire.

Revisions & Changes

• One minor revision is included in the quoted price. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
• Any major design changes after production has started may result in additional costs and extended turnaround time.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• If you need to cancel before production begins, your deposit can be applied as store credit towards a future purchase.
